I ran Friday, rested on Saturday and ran again on Sunday and today. I feel so much better and remembered why I enjoy running–even if it’s not a good run. I felt especially proud because I made an effort to run back home. The other day I walked.
Anyways, I really want to run a half marathon next year. There are a couple races scheduled in 2014 I found on Half Marathons.net.
